I'm inspired by a lot of the things I see around me. But my deepest
inspiration comes from the drive to survive.
I'm inspired by people like the Prophet Muhammad, Jesus Christ, and all the
Prophets because of the exemplary lives that they led, and that in each of
their actions they were responsible for and accountable to the entire
community of mankind. Closer to my historical time I'm inspired by the
writings of people like Gandhi and Allama Iqbal, although I need to learn

I have been a friend, companion and sister to many young people who are silenced by all sorts of trauma in different levels. I am really into peer-counselling. This means I have to be the 'voice' of reason to someone who feels trapped and sees no escape. This also means that as a young person myself, I have to lead by example and practice what I preach. There are a lot of issues that i come across everyday: teenage pregnancy, suicide, domestic abuse, substance abuse and more. ( leggi altro)

I belong to the Sindh [culture], which is made up of a community of loving and caring people. Actually, it was in my Sindh village where an older man first inspired me. He was known [in my village] for helping others without asking for anything in return. One day I asked this man, “why do you help others without asking to be compensated”?
